brantley1Brantley Black, sole proprietor of TrainHardCore, has been a certified personal trainer since 1998; he once held the title of Eastern Seaboard Light Heavyweight division. Certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Council on Exercise, and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.  As a member of IDEA Health and Fitness, the professional organization for independent personal trainers, Mr. Black is insured and has his CPR card.

Brant is also a fitness model for the “Contoure Cross Trainer,” endorsed by Joe Montana.  He was an on-staff trainer for the highly respected “24 Hour Fitness” organization as well as the elite and prestigious "Equinox" gym on Sunset Boulevard before branching out independently as TrainHardCore. In 2016, Brantley relocated his business back to Atlanta.

With the help of training partners Lex Luger and Sting of Worldwide Wrestling Federation fame, Brant molded his original style of training.  This classic, “old school” format remains highly effective when the goal is massive muscular development.  For those clients wishing to maintain lean muscle tissue while losing bodyfat, Brant has updated his training technique.  This revolutionary, cutting edge technique revolves around core training.

Core training stresses the importance of the five components of fitness:  nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning, supplementation, resistance training, and stretching.  With TrainHardCore, particular interest is placed on nutrition counseling and meal planning.
